Format: Hardcover
Unlike many other technical works, this one is not an anthology of articles by many authors. It is authored by Khataee and Mansoori in its entirety. This fact gives the work clarity and continuity. The work includes visual aids in color, and has a number of tables which enable the reader to grasp a quick summary of what is being presented.

After an introduction to TiO2 in different phases, the authors describe the preparation of nano-titanates. They then get into subjects and applications such as sol-gel technology, dye-sensitized solar cells, solar-cell mediated electrolysis of water, sensors, batteries, treatment of cancer, self-cleaning glasses, electrocatalysis, immobilization in natural and human-made substances, etc.
