Many celebrated breakfast dishes are included in the first compilation of recipes from Fog Island Cafe. Some of the tastiest fare is inspired by the island's fresh seafood, so it is not surprising that the Dawsons feature a delicious linguine with Nantucket Bay scallops, fisherman's stew, and Nantucket fish cakes. Catering to current tastes, a number of fine vegetarian entrees and soups are also included in their inviting cookbook. Nantucket also boasts "the world's largest natural cranberry bog," and the cafe's popular cranberry oatmeal cookies are testament to that fact. Alice Joyce
