I do like Naot sandals - especially these that come with the wide elastic band underneath the decorative "stuff." They support the way a Birkenstock does but with a lot more sex appeal!

Bought my first pair, identical to these, in Israel two summers ago. Wore them EVERY day. Slowly the toe band stretched out so they were feeling a bit big...so the next summer I bought pairs two and three. Wore them OUT, practically speaking, and again the toe band was stretching, so at the end of this summer ('11) I bought this pair and am putting them away until next summer...or my trip to Rancho Mirage, whichever comes first. LOVE these sandals, obviously. Now, all I have to do is ask a shoemaker to help me with the leather toe bands and I'll really have 4 pairs ready to GO!
