Very disappointed in the performance of this product. From the beginning only heated up the the emitter screen halfway. Hard to light, low heat output on screened in porch in Atlanta. Wouldn't light after one season, $130.00 part replacement. 6 month warranty on a seasonal item. Stored inside garage with Head Assembly covered and sealed. Gas lines for pilot and thermocoupler inside Head Assembly crimped from factory. Paid heating and air contractor to inspect natural gas line, plenty of flow. Customer service is weak.

The Napoleon Natural Gas Patio Heater has become a wonderful addition to our backyard patio living area. However, the box which arrived via UPS was in shambles. Most of the assembly hardware was missing and some of the components were damaged due to improper packaging. Finally after a couple of trips to the local hardware store I managed to assemble the major components of the unit. I then realized the unit didn't produce much heat. After finding an unusual brass fitting in the bottom of the box I decided this must be a orifice to convert the "propane orifice" to natural gas even though I had ordered the unit as a natural gas unit. After installing this the unit performed even better than I expected. I did contact Wolf Steel, the manufacturer of this grill and they promptly delivered the missing hardware. All in all the heater is lovely but may require some work. Good Luck....
