Most Helpful Customer Reviews

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful By Prof Chibli Mallat on May 28, 2010
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
One of the most sophisticated reflections on law in modern times.

The book brings together for a general audience articles by Robert Cover which are difficult to find for non-lawyers.

Cover has a brilliant mind and a hard-to-match erudition. Editing and accompanying chapters/commentaries impeccable.
