This is a good game. Not the best, but definetley not the worst. In this game, there are 2 playable characters: Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchicha. There are 7 levels for each player. They are timed. 3.0 out of 5 stars Great, yet unreliable
Ninja council isn't really that bad of a game. Like what most others say, the three major problems is the gameplay, graphics, and most of all, the music. After you beat the game, you have to do it all over again twice. They definetly could have made the graphics better. It's seems as if made something like the gameboy color.

(You may have some trouble with Shikamaru, I sure did!) Along the way you will learn new Ninjutsu and battle ninja. You will learn seceret attacks, like Harem Jutsu, Shadow Clone Jutsu, Naruto Uzumaki Barrage, Multiple Shuriken, and more attacks. The levels will get continuously harder. This game is rated E10 because of cartoon violence and mild suggestive themes. (Why, Naruto's Sexy Jutsu!) Hope you have fun with this!

Well, I didn't buy this game on amazon, I bought it in another store. Okay, this is actually a very good game. BUT! After you unlock all the characters and beat the game blah blah blah then it gets boring. You do it over and over. If you fight Ebisu in the beginning, you can use Harem Jutsu and get it over with. And when you are fighting Kiba then fail the Uzumaki barrage and fart. This will cause Kiba to be paralyze and unleash a stronger version of Uzumaki Barrage. When you fight Zabuza, use Kakashi's Summoning Jutsu. It will cause the dogs to cling on him and Kakashi will unleash Lightning Blade on him. At the end, when you see The Hokage, use Naruto's Harem Jutsu and make him nosebleed. To unlock Kakashi, defeat Orichmaru with both Naruto AND Sasuke. After you fight Orichmaru, you will go into night mode. Then instead of fighting Haku, Zabuza, and Orichmaru, you fight a stronger version of Temari and Kankuro then in place of Orichmaru... Gaara! He's hard but run fast to dodge his sand coffin. The 100 Leaf Symbols gets you the Sound Mode. After you beat the game a gallery will appear. Naruto has the attacks, Harem Jutsu, Shadow Clone Jutsu, Uzumaki Barrage, and Nine Tail Fox Chakra. Sasuke has Multiple Shriukens, Fire Ball Jutsu, Phoenix Ball Jutsu, and Lion Barrage. Kakashi has My Favorite Book (as you can see, Make- Out Paradise), Thousand Years of Pain, Summoning Jutsu, and Lightning Blade. Sooo.. I gave out a little too much info? Hmmm... well thats okay. Now have fun with this info! =)

If you live in the 80s, you remember all the Nintendo side scrolling adventure games. Naruto Ninja Council pays homage to these classic games. It's play mechanic is retro with updated graphics. Boss battles are a bit hit and miss. Controls are simple but responsive. Bosses can be difficult to beat or a simple push-over, depending on what jutsu the software decides the boss character to perform. If you are a Naruto fan and likes retro Nintendoo games of the 80s. This is an excellent choice.

4.0 out of 5 stars Naruto: Ninja Council........., September 2, 2006

Naruto: Ninja Council is a good action platformer that will definitely please the likes of Naruto fans. It pleased me. I've had fun playing the game. It captures the spirit and humor of the anime completely. It's worthy of adding to your collection, for sure. Although, I'll be honest, the game could have been alot better. Especially where gameplay and music is concerned. Why- you ask? Well, even though the gameplay is fun and all, it got somewhat repetitive doing the same things over & over. That, in turn, made things get boring at times. The music, I'm sorry to say, was the hardest thing to take. It sounded like it came from an old Gameboy game from years ago and just didn't fit the Naruto style. That's my opinion, anyways. Other than that, the game rocked.

If D3 can improve in those areas for Naruto: Ninja Council 2, you can rest assured that I'll be along for the ride. Even if they don't, heck- I'll probably be along, anyways. Naruto is just plain cool....believe it!

I had to right my own section for the music. Being completly honest, the music is horrible. It seems so old, maybe even older than the gameboy color. At some times, it's even hard to hear the music. They probably rushed through it, or had an extremly bad director.
Overall this game isn't a complete waste of time, yet you can finsh it very quickly. There's a planet size gap left for improvements, but it's still a pretty good game.

I have been a fan of NARUTO for a while now, and if you have a Gameboy Advance, you should get this game! You can play as two characters (Naruto and Sasuke), and if you beat the game as both characters, you unlock another character, Kakashi! So if you're a NARUTO fan like me, you'll like this game! (Oh, and also, if you choose to play as Naruto, when you fight Ebisu and Konohamaru, use Harem Jutsu, it's Ebisu's ultimate weakness! He'll just pass out, and then you win the battle!)

I'm sorry, but I found this game horrible. The sound quality sucked, the characters were terribly created, and the gameplay was just utterly simple. In spite of that, the enemies were easy, the bosses were extreamly easy, and the final boss was impossible. Deal with it. I thought this game sucked.

This game is a waste of money. Video games are meant to be a waste of time but this game is not worthy of being called a platform. I beat it in two hours with all of the availible characters. This is easier than the original mario brothers game and should just not be purchased. My ten year old brother did not enjoy it. The only tie in to the series? The cheesy graphics. The sound is tinny and is worse than the eighties games again. This game plays, looks, and feels like it was thrown together in five minutes.
