I love this volume because it shows some great one-on-one action in the Chunin exams. It includes Naruto's battle with Kiba and Hinata's battle with Neji (her cousin). It also shows Naruto and Hinata encouraging and supporting each other. The way Naruto supports Hinata here changes her and influences her feelings for Naruto to increase. Just a cool book...buy it if you love Naruto manga!!

Naruto Vol. 9 By Becca Adams,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Naruto, Vol. 9: Turning the Tables (Paperback)
Naruto
This story Naruto, is about these 12 years old kids who want to become ninjas. The kids lived in Konaha, their village which is hidden in the leaf. I picked to write about the character, Hinata, because she is very shy and very, very nervous. I felt like the character in the book. I felt like I was at Konaha's battle arena fighting people from other teams. Then I will watch my teammates compete. The theme of the book is about working hard, staying focused, and teamwork. I think this because the characters were on task and working hard while helping each other out and making them feel confident while fighting other people. I think anyone who loves Japanese anima (Animation) should read this book. It tells about the characters and what they are doing in the book and it tells who wins the battle and who doesn't win the battle.

Hey im Sage and im a huge naruto manga series fan, I have read all the books available in america 1-10 and this book was really good it had good details, pictures and the words all made sense to me. The art is awesome and has really good detail in them that it seems like it was actually happening around me.
I really like the series and cant wait to read the next like 15 books or so when they become available in english text, again really cant wait and hope they are all just as good =P. best of luck, Sage.

To all of you people who are looking at the Reviews to let you know that thay are reviewing book 3. I do not know why but to you revewers of book 9 review the book that you are reviewing on that books page! On a happer note. I highly rekamend it it. I have read book 9 in sneek peeks. I youst to think that Hinata (the gril that like naruto as discribed in book 5 as a shy bernet.) was to shy and not cool but in book 9 I was proven wroung. SHE IS SO COOL do not let her at attitude deceive you she fites her brather who is the best in the jr. ninja and no it is not sasuke it is Ninji. he is in rock lee's grop.I'm am is sorry I do not know if Sakura wins her fist agent Ino. I can't wate to know what hapens but I know for a fact that Hinata dase not wins she nerly dies.
and as you should know she has a crash on naruto and I hope naruto likes her to. oh so you know that rock lee is pard up with Garra of the sand. I rilly like it I hope you do to.

great but sad,
By Ryn Ebisawa "kat" (herndon, Va) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Naruto, Vol. 9: Turning the Tables (Paperback)
this is my first time writing a review but how should i say this... Volume 9 was really great with a lot of action in it, but i would also say it was sad with the many deaths some of the young ninjas faced but at least they died with a good cause.( lets hope) Anyway i thought my favorite character in this series is well Sasuke. Probably everyone knows why. If youre a naruto fan you gotta buy this book FAST!!
