This product is for large volume nasal rinse, also known as nasal irrigation. For best results , please use with the NasalCare Nasal Irrigator. Dissolve the contents of one packet in 8 oz. of lukewarm distilled or bottled water in the nasal irrigator. Rinse as instructed in the NasalCare Nasal Irrigation Kit.

I have been using Nasal Care for several years and wouldn't be without it. I now get through spring and fall

allergy season with no problem at all. I also no longer have to worry about post nasal drip or sinusitis and

any colds that start go away quickly. This is a fantastic product that I highly recommend.
