This is a great product. It compares well with electric powered devices and is one fifth the price. It compares very favorably with the traditional netti pot, since it does not require unnatural tilting of the head; it creates a more powerful stream since it is not limited to gravity power; outflow water will not flow onto clothing since the users head can easily lean over the sink.
It is important when using this product to keep the mouth open and say ahhh to avoid putting pressure on the ears. I use this product regularly since I purchased it. This product is the best value for the money.

Found this product excellent--easy to use and clean. Only drawback is that instructions say it has a limited life of a few months and should be replaced.

I was really afraid that it would feel like drowning to put water in your nose like this but I just relaxed and trusted the directions and it worked EXACTLY the way it was supposed to.
