1.0 out of 5 stars Nitty indeed
This is awful. It doesn't even deserve the single star I was forced to give under this rating scale.

Rap is about spoken word, and in the absence of vocal melody, the performer should hope to have at least tone and/or diction - Nitty has neither, and in the parts of this track where he attempts to sing, you soon realise that he isn't up to scratch on that...

Rap is about spoken word, and in the absence of vocal melody, the performer should hope to have at least tone and/or diction - Nitty has neither, and in the parts of this track where he attempts to sing, you soon realise that he isn't up to scratch on that skill either.

This isn't art, not even entertainment. It merely serves as an ad for ostentatious bling-bling toting slack jaws without the merest slice of original thought.

1.0 out of 5 stars Just another boring one-hit wonder rapper.., October 26, 2004
This review is from: Nasty Girl (Audio CD)
Being 27 years old and having gone through three different musical eras (80's, 90's, and 00's)so far I have acquired the uncanny knack of hearing a one-hit wonder from a mile away, and this is one of them.

I find this track to be more boring than standing in line at the grocery store, and with its uncreative lyrics ("I just want a nasty girl...bla bla bla"), sampled riffs from an already repugnant one-hit wonder (Archies' "Sugar Sugar") combined with a rapper whose style is like every other rapper I have heard, it's no wonder I feel this way.

Therefore, I can say with some certainty that "Nitty" better be saving his rap dollars or else he'll be working at the local Wal-Mart. My advice is to save your money by avoiding this. But if you still feel the need to spend your money on something you'll get little or no use out of, give it to charity. That way someone can use it. Someone that isn't "Nitty", that is.

Also, the only reason this gets even one star is because that's the lowest rating there is on Amazon.
