They're good sleeves, really reflective. Not too thick, not too thin.

I bought the Small/Medium, my bicep is around 11-12 inches.

The pocket on the sleeve is smaller than it looks on the picture. I thought I could fit my nano (gen 1) but it wont fit.

I just loved this "running" sleeves, I bike at night pretty often, so for me this sleeves are just perfect for it. And I always got complimments about it. I have'em on black and gray too. But one thing I love the most, it's that they fit you perfectly.

Product Features says "machine washable." It isn't.

The reflective strips peel off like dirty band-aids after one wash. It's too bad because the sleeve itself is great.
