Excellent Pocket,
This review is from: Nathan Large Attachable Padded Accessory Pocket (Sports)
This pocket is excellent. Large inside with one of those mesh things that holds a little bit of stuff tight or stretches to hold a lot of stuff. I usually put in my cell phone and 5 or 6 Gu's. Plenty of room, does not bounce, contents does not move around at all.

If it weren't for the zipper...,

I would have given this 4 or possibly 5 stars. I don't know if it's just mine or if it's a problem with the model, but it is really hard to open and close the zipper. I don't overstuff my pocket, but in order to close the zipper, I need both hands - one to squeeze the zipper tracks on the top of the pocket together, and one to pull the zipper. Ditto for trying to open the pocket. While on long training walks, it gets a bit frustrating having to stop and zip/unzip the pocket to get items out/put stuff in.
Otherwise, it's a GREAT pocket with plenty of room for my Blackberry, house key, MetroCard and a few dollars, and it stays on my fuel belt very securely with no bounce, as others have said.

I hook this onto the strap of my Camelbak fanny pack style hydration system when doing long runs or walks. It holds a lot of items & doesn't bounce. Although these items won't all fit into it at the same time, I've used it to carry GU, my Moto Razr, my inhaler, wipes (GU can get sticky!) and my Kodak Zi6 pocket cam. I want to get another one (so I can carry all the aforementioned items), but I'm not sure there's room to hook a 2nd one onto my Camelbak.
