This pack is very comfortable and very well made. It doesn't have the annoying clips that some of the other packs have. Be careful on the sizing. I ordered a small for a friend who weighs 90# and definitely doesn't have a 26" waist, but it was too small! The small says it fits from 26-32"?? Otherwise, a great pack!

I echo the other reviewer's comments regarding sizing. I ordered the medium and I could barely make it fit around my waist. I wear 30-32 waist pants/shorts, so I was pretty surprised. I didn't even try it out on a run. I've returned it and deciding if I'll order the next size up. Also, the belt attaches by velcro, so I'll have to see how stable (and how comfortably) the pack rides with a full water bottle.

This belt is AWESOME compared to my prior belt Nathan Elite 1 Plus Pack
No Bounce, light weight, very Snug fit. Very Happy with this purchase.
The ONLY very slight little tiff that prevented a 5 star it rides up very slightly after 30-45 mins or so,
but i think that might be inevitable due to Spandex/dry fit clothes + sweat = a slippery surface. But its really not a big deal compared to the crappy-ness of my prior belt. (bouncing, shifting, moving, not snug, etc etc)
As the other reviewers mentioned, the size runs small.
I wear a 27-28 and the Medium fits perfectly, with +- 2inches of give. So if you're a 26-30 I recommend a medium.
