Not bad, for the money.

Nathan bottle that does not leak during running motion. 10oz will only get you so much but, the size is nice if that is all you need.

Nice material to wrap on hands.

Velcro wrap is nice for adjusting and to attach to my hydration belt when I am done with it. ( I run with both on longer runs )

One thing I would change if I could; The bottle is truly attached to the material. You cannot take it out to inter-change bottles or to clean.

I've had this for a month now, taken it on a dozen runs, and I love it. The bottle is securely attached to the strap, the strap attaches securely to my hand, and it's just the right size for a 5 mile run. The bottle is removable from the strap for washing (it's tight, but does come off). The threading of the cap is tricky, but doesn't leak at all once you get it right. Overall, I couldn't ask for more!

This bottle is just right for shorter training runs. It's not much water, but is just enough for training on your own when you know you'll have water stops during a race. Both me and my wife have them and neither leaked. They are reflective for night running and fit comfortably in your palm.

Wow! Completely impressed with the design of this product. It was lightweight and effortless on a short 40 minute run, almost as though I was carrying nothing. The grip allowed me to run with my hands in the usual position and grip without noticing the bottle.
Does not hold enough water for longer runs and I do wish that it had a pocket for keys or something but I also see that the addition would take away from the sleekness of said design.

I love the size of this water bottle. I love the feel of the hand strap. But it LEAKS. BADLY. I've tried playing with the cap, but water comes out along the seal. And it's not a small amount of water-my hand gets soaked.

I'm really disappointed. I really wanted to love this bottle! It's the perfect size for a 5k!

I love love LOVE this little bottle, because I hate hate HATE having to "pull over" at a water stop during a 5k; they always seem to show up just about the time I've hit my stride and don't want to break it. Yet, I always need some water with me so this is a perfect solution.

I like the fact that it has a one-way valve; makes it easy to grab a sip from, without choking yourself with too much water, and without having to squeeze the bottle.

There can be a problem with leaking if the cap isn't properly sealed, and it took me a bit of trial and error and investigation to figure this out. Here's what you do: When screwing the cap on, make absolutely sure that no part of the fabric at either side on the top - where the rivets are that snap the holder together are - is caught underneath the screw top. I make sure to physically push these out of the way before screwing the cap on. Then, just to make sure, before taking off on your run, hold the bottle upside down for a few seconds. If it's going to leak, it will do it right away ... water will start dripping out. If nothing happens, you're good to go. (Don't squeeze the bottle while doing this test; just hold it upside down.)

Perfect item for me. If you like to run shorter distances, I'll bet it would be perfect for you too. (I also have a larger version for longer runs; this one really is pretty small.)

Oh, also ... don't count on the "items pouch" to hold anything bigger than a really small key; that's all I can fit into it.

(FINALLY - look at the picture for this item instead of reading the product description. The description is for a different item! This item is not leather; it does not have a zippered pouch; and it has a 10-oz. bottle, not 22 oz. The picture is correct; the description is wrong.)

I drink a lot of water when I run and was ambivalent about such a small flask. However, the freedom of carrying water without actually having to grip it was too much to pass up. After a few months of use, however, it developed a bad leaking problem because the lid simply does not provide a proper seal.

Gripping is bad on bad wrists, so I turned to the handheld running bottles. This one worked well. It didn't leak at all (yay).

My only minor complaints are that the part that the whole thing is overall a bit big for my tiny tiny hands. The part that goes over your hand seemed a bit loose-ish, even when I cinched it up.

Also, getting the bottle out of the holder to clean is a bit of a challenge.
