A classy baseball calendar from the Hall of Fame (who else?),

This review is from: National Baseball Hall of Fame Calendar (Calendar)
The "National Baseball Hall of Fame 2004 Calendar" is a classy, beautiful effort from the Cooperstown Collection. If you have been to the Hall of Fame then you have seen the care that they have in putting together displays on various players. This calendar is very much in that vein, with 10 of the months devoted to Hall of Fame players. You get Willie Mays (the most famous godfather since Don Corleone), Bob Lemon, Lou Brock, Jimmy Foxx, Harmon Killebrew, the 1939 centennial season, Jim Palmer, Pee Wee Reese, Richie Ashburn, the 1954 World Series (appropriate since Mays is already here), Juan Marichal, and Lou Gehrig. For each player you see a jersey and cap, photographs, usually some choice baseball cards, and other artifacts (glove, clippings, tickets, etc.). So what you get is very much in keeping with the quality of artifacts and display you would expect from the Hall of Fame. When the calendar of your favorite team usually consists of just giant photographs of individual players, the "National Baseball Hall of Fame 2004 Calendar" looks really great. Each photograph has over a dozen things to look at and enjoy. This calendar will really impress the true baseball fan who is just as happy that Richie Ashburn (long overdue) was finally put in the Hall as they are somebody from their own team.
