The 2009 issue costs more than previous issues but has a very nice CD with program which allows you to print out the results. This is extremely handy for the person wishing to document their valuation. i can now place the print out directly into a report by printing to .pdf or to paperport, where I can export it to a jpg file.

In testing my own house, I concured with the final answer. I did have a glitch in producing the residual depreciation but since I use my own depreciation analysis anyway (market derived), I don't need that to function.

Good book and came with a cd rom I wasn't expecting which made the purchase even better. I use this as a cost effective alternative to Marshall and Swift cost handbooks so the dvd rom's ability to estimate the cost to produce a single family home on my pc was exactly what I needed at a fraction of the price.
