I found the program worked fairly well for estimating time for a project, but the prices were not what I pay locally. I feel that there is a need for updated pricing from local sourses such as electrical supply houses, Home Depot or Lowes to make this a much better estimating program. I have used others and the actual best was from Home Depot which they have stopped supporting.

This manual leaves a lot to be desired. There are no qualifications listed for factors if the manual is used as a referene for pricing change orders. The manual can be used for residential and small commercial projects. It does not address larger projects. A good inexpensive source for small contractos.
