National Home Inspector CompuCram Exam Prep Software,

I could not figure out why this software would not work. I finally got my answer after talking with Tech Support. The guy I spoke to said "He must have burned the wrong thing to the CD". So I am stuck with a CD that I cannot play that has an audio file instead of what I purchased. This CD gets a -0 for a rating. I didn't get what I purchased.
