Anosike continues to churn out a whirlwind of self-help legal advice. He is the author of more than two dozen titles covering topics that include obtaining an immigration visa, legally changing one's name, forming a corporation, and getting a divorce. His newer guides are more pricey than similar ones on the market, but Anosike packs his manuals with plenty of detail, and he usually addresses questions and issues within a topic more specifically than others who dispense such tips.His Mortgage Qualification Kit is a companion to The National Home Mortgage Reduction Kit: How to Cut Your Mortgage in Half and Own Your Home Free and Clear in Just a Few, Short Years, which was published last year. Anosike recommends how to prepare, assemble, and present a "mortgage package," and he explains lending rules and the bank decision-making process. He also shows how to prequalify for a loan, lists the most common reasons for loans being denied, offers tips on finding the best mortgage lenders, and advises ways to comparison shop. David Rouse
