The book's aim is for the reader to gain knowledge "to completely rid yourself of the need to use an attorney or broker, along with their fees and charges." He explains the methods of deciding on an affordable price for a home according to your income, how to negotiate terms of sale, how to find a professional home inspector, how to complete the sales contract, and how to arrange for a title search.
