Ansel Adams (1902 - 1984) was the most honored American photographer of the twentieth century. Through his exhibitions and publication of his work, his writings, and his leadership in the Sierra Club, Adams was also a prescient and highly effective voice in the fight to preserve America's remaining wilderness.

I can't imagine a better way to capture the beauty of many National Parks and monuments than through Ansel Adams' photography. This book contains beautiful images that stir the mind and soul. I collect postcards and send several each week. These cards are ideal for treasuring in the book or for removing and mailing. The paper is ideal - only the front side of the card is the coated stock, while the back has a much more matte finish so that pens will not wipe and smear. Whether you are a postcard collector, photography fan or just enjoy nature you will not be disappointed in this collection.
