Tilt n Drain is wonderful
we bought this griddle to replace another one we have just used up. The old one kept burning our food, so it was time to replace it. So far, this one is working greatly, cooking everything evenly and quickly. We are very careful not to use metal utensils on it to ensure not scratching the surface. Has Hot Spots
I had such high hopes for this griddle. It has a large surface and is easy to clean. However, now that I have had it for a year or so, it has developed hot and cold spots. One side works perfectly, the other doesn't, so I have to be constantly moving the food around to get it to cook evenly. This problem developed within the first six months. I am here on Amazon searching...
