I bought this item because it was well reviewed on Amazon. What a mistake. The fill-ins for the cutouts for the quarters are too small, the map is not glued to the backing, and the holes themselves are cut too small to fit a quarter without a LOT of effort. So, every time you try to put in a quarter, all the fill-ins for the other states fall through the map and slide down behind the map, becoming inaccessible and making it impossible for the folio to lie flat. I should have gotten a refund but i didn't ask until it was too late. Since I'm stuck with this hunk of crap, I slit the map open along the inner spine in order to retrieve the fallen quarters and fill-ins and I taped each and every one in place.

We bought these to do something fun with our children, they are 3,4, and 12. They love the colorful map and putting in new coins that we find. Our oldest searches every quarter now. The information for each state is a great learning tool as well.

This is a great book but it only has slots for 1 quarter per national park, if you're collecting both the Denver and Pennsylvania mints, then either buy two of these or find a different book.
