This CD is very soothing and brings you into another world. I listen to this every day on my way to work and on the way home and somehow it makes the traffic seem less stressful. I will admit, there are some new-agey kind of synthesizer things going on...but I am willing to overlook it because the rest of the CD is so wonderful. Over time, they actually grew on me. And I was surprised to hear how they incorporated a horse whinnying and it's clip-clopping into one of their songs. That took a little while to grow on me as well. My favorites are songs #2 and #8...they have chanting and drums. Some songs have flute only, some have flute and drums. I actually recommend this for meditation. The CD begins with a thunderstorm and ends with sounds from creatures of the night (crickets, birds, tree frogs, owl, etc).

this cd is nice , if you like new age native american music( with synthesizers) it's on here. also has flute solo's (my favorites) and chants to..all around good album....lookingbear 2002
