This was the second order that I have placed for the PureCalm. I think it works great with St. John's Wort. The Nerve Tonic is supposed to be chewed or sucked. It tastes like bad chalk. Stale flavor with chalky aftertaste has kept me from taking it consistently, so I don't even know if it helps. My opinion is that the PureCalm, St. John's Wort, and Valerian Root together work very well for me. I feel more comfortable taking those three than a prescription such as Valium that can become addictive. The addictive part of it just adds more stress on top to worry about. Anyway, just my experience.
