use this medication after you flush your ear out with a syringe filled with HALF STRENGTH ASCETIC ACID which is the same thing as vinegar. then drop 2-3 drops to the affected ear once in am and pm...the BF ear symptoms cleared up in 4 days, without a trip to the doctors office
