Ok, so I am self-diagnosed and really don't know if I have any form of ADD but I suspect that I do. I have a hard time sticking with anything and get distracted easily. After reading a little more about ADD I have found that I have a lot of the symptoms. I am a 39 year old female and I function fine but get really frustrated with myself at times.

I could tell a difference quickly but I wasn't 100 percent sure if it was the ADDult or anything else. What really sold me is that a few days ago I had a lot to do and decided to take ADDULT after work, which I don't normally do because it can make sleep difficult. I decided it was going to be a late night so I might as well.

I felt super-human. I was full of energy and focus. Normally, I get side tracked and don't get nearly as much done as I plan. I could tell a huge difference and now I am convinced that the changes I am seeing are due to the Addult. I still have a hard time staying on task and finishing what I started but I have made some improvements that I am very happy with.

Another testimonial is that I have given it to my 13 year old son. He is a lot like me. He functions ok but doesn't focus well. Anyway, he started taking it before school, only once a day. His grades have improved and his teachers have a lot of positive things to say about him. Last year the teacher's complained that he didn't apply himself and this year they told me that things are much better. I haven't mentioned that I suspect that he has mild ADD or that he is taking a supplement. I would not give him medicine if it were ever offered, which I doubt, because it is mild at best.

If you take a look at the ingredients you will see that everything in there is safe. Centella Asiatica, Panax Ginseng, Rosmarinus Offcilalis. I like it and ordered more.

I gave this to my son who has been out of control. I added this to 2 drops of Rescue Remedy a day and it seems to be helping. He calms down faster and seems to listen better. I can tell when he hasn't had it because he becomes out of control. We have found this with a consistent schedule of eating and a healthy diet does the trick.

I was diagnosed with ADD at a very young age. I have tried many different medications including Concerta, Ritalin, and Aderol. The only thing that worked for me was the Aderol, but I did not like how it suppressed my emotions and made me feel like my mind was in a fog when I did not take it. I was looking for something more natural to help me with my problem and came across this product. I was very skeptical at first due to my use of prescriptions to treat my ADD for a better part of my life. I decided to give it a try though and thought "eh, what the heck, worth a shot". At first I did not feel anything, but I was persistent and after about two or three days I started noticing a huge difference. I was able to stay focused at work, wake up earlier, and the best part was that I was able to feel like myself without some medication screwing with my emotions. I take the recommended dosage of 15 drops three times a day and highly recommend this product. Word of advise though, make sure you follow the directions and take it at a minimum 4 hours before bedtime, better to make it 5 or 6 though. It will keep you awake if you take it any later than that. My son is a day dreamer, a way off in the sky ozone drifting kind of day dreamer. He has difficulty finishing most tasks, even eating dinner can require redirection when he gets distracted.

I tried this based on a recommendation from another customer at a hair salon (I know, not a great place to get medical advice). Her son had severe ADHD and was being treated by a naturalpathic physician that specialized in attention disorders. The doctor had prescribed it for him with some success. I got it and within about a week there was an improvement. I gave him 8-9 drops in the morning (he's 8 years old). He did much better in school in the mornings but was feeling even more frustrated in the afternoons so I had the school nurse give him another dose of 4-5 drops at lunch time and his afternoons improved as well. His teacher commented that he was doing really well so I told her what he was taking. She was really glad we'd found something to help.

It's not a miricle worker, but it is a good boost - he's about 25-50% more likely to stay on track when he has the supplement. Doesn't seem like a lot but that it was enough to reduce the amount of school work he brought home unfinished to do over the weekend from an average of 8-10 pages to 1 or 2 pages. To him, that was HUGE! He felt like he got his weekend back (so did I actually).

Having both taken prescription medication for this purpose and trying this out before hand, I can say that I have an accurate idea of its effectiveness (at least on my body). What I found that when I took this in the morning, the strong taste seemed to perk me up, and that the chemicals as they worked in my body to make sure I didn't lose energy. The energy gain is not like drinking caffeine where you have a boost, more like you don't feel tired or bored.

It worked a little bit, but to be honest, it's not very powerful and wore out after only a couple hours. If at all, I would highly recommend prescription drugs like ritalin, adderall, concerta. Those have proven more effective (at least for me). Consult your doctor.

our dd was diagnosed with ADD at age 5. The suggestion was Ritalin, and I had already seen what that does to children, and knew that would never satisfy me.

We started purchasing this on a different website but have since continued purchasing it on Amazon each month.

We do not do the 3x a day as recommended, we use it once a day, before school -- her grades have been consistently B+ or higher, making honor roll each semester.

For us it works perfectly, for her it works wonderfully. She is off to college on scholarship next year courtesy of such great grades and nothing but praise from her teachers.

I highly recommend this product to others, and will say that it does take about 6 weeks to start noticing a difference; but the difference is like night and day.

My son has severe ADHD. He is not able to function in a social invirenment or school/church without being on medication. For several years now he has been on one medication that worked the best for him, but with every year we had to increase the dosage. Even after he had been off all summer long. It got to the point of having to increase to the max limit available. He was having side affects from such a high dose, nausea, insomnia, upset stomach, pale, irritability, weight loss. Not having to many other options, I ordered Native Remedies Focus and Bright spark. For him after 7 weeks it helped. I had to put him on the lowest dose of his regular medication along with Focus and Bright Spark, but what a difference. I CANNOT believe it. Neither can his teachers or friends. This has definitely made all the difference. I have not had to increase his other meds at all. Infact I've been tempted to take him off to see how things go, but school is out in a week or so and I take him off for the summer anyway. I will continue the Focus and Brightspark through the summer. He and his brother have been on this for several months with noticable positive results. This might not work for everyone, but it has helped my boys that have ADHD tremedously.

I read the previous reviews and thought I could find an alternative to prescription therapy. No change and the taste is absolutely terrible. Not worth the money I paid. Too expensive!!!

I have a wonderful, imaginative, loveable, and highly distractable 7 year old. Focus in combination with Bright Spark has been such a benefit to him over the last few months. Homework time is much easier after a dose of bright spark and focus seems to really help in the mornings. I have recommended this product to others based on the positive results we have experienced.

We used this product with our almost 9yr old son who has been diagnosed with ADHD. As concerned parents, we are trying the natural route instead of the most common medical solutions. Out of everything we tried, Focus Formula has worked the best but we had to stop it. We saw a change in his focus probably about two weeks in. He was actually able to sit and complete his homework in one sitting! FINALLY we thought! But after about three weeks in, he started with severe diarrhea. We watched it for a couple days hoping it was just a stomach bug, but when it didn't stop after three days, we decided to stop the Focus Formula to see if that was it, and it was. Just after we started the FF, his diarrhea stopped, along with the focus unfortunately. We are now trying to find something else that works as good but without the side effects. If you try this, I believe you will be happy with the focus results. Hope you don't end up with issues in the 'end' that we did (sorry, couldn't help myself!)
