We were to travel overseas last Dec. 2009 and was worried about my 3 small children (ages 9, 7 and 3) in a plane for about 20 hrs. Surfed the net on how to deal with this and a lot swore and suggested Mom's Magic Trauma Sprinkles as a help for various reasons. Got it in Amazon. I'm not sure if my kids were just excited to see all their relatives for the first time but these things really worked! My 4 year old was my biggest problem since he could get agitated and get restless fast and he gets tantrums whenever he is frustrated. I asked him to take the "sprinkles". At first he didn't want to take it but later on gave in. They don't taste good chalky feeling and taste. However, he calmed down. He himself asks for it whenever he feels restless! He says, mom, I need my sprinkles! Well, I don't know if it really worked, but if he asked for it maybe it did since he knows his body better! My hubby was so amazed and kept on telling our relatives that these things were really magic! My 2nd child (daughter) didn't have her usual grumpiness too! Our trips going to Manila and back home to Philadelphia were peaceful! No problems at all! By the way, shipping was fast too! Really great!

The nerve tonic that came with the sprinkles, I got it for myself. After having kids, I find flying a little bit scary. Then after 911 and my husband being in the Twin Towers and surviving it, added to my worries. Took the Nerve Tonic, calmed me down. I also got it since I was a bit jittery the past months. Suggestion, take it before sleeping or take it a few hours before driving. Why? Not sure about others, but in my case, I felt so relaxed that my driving skills were not at it's par! Maybe because I was just a new user of it or whatever but my brain wasn't at it's best :)
