Every year I make a cake for Christmas featuring the Nativity in some sort. I found this mold that was extremely easy to use. I used white chocolate on a dark chocolate frosted tier cake and the effect was beautiful! I even used this to make candies for some children in my Sunday School class and they loved them. It is a simple way to bring the birth of Jesus back into the focus of Christmas.
