Natra Bio is better than any prescription nasal spray my doctor has ever given me. I use it daily and it keeps my sinus' healthy. I haven't had a sinus infection in months.

After reading the two five star reviews, I thought I would try this. I would prefer not to take regular nose spray or steroidal spray, which gives me nose bleeds. So I was very excited to have a homeopathic option. Unfortunately it does not work for me. I have used it several times, two days in a row, and nothing. My sinuses remain closed, and this afternoon it gave me a headache that I didn't have before taking it. Too bad.
