In the processes of quitting smoking, I used or tried every tool available -- nicotine patch and gum, homeopathies, herbs, hypnosis cds, and a great book (The Easy Way to Stop Smoking). Eventually, I found that the book along with hypnosis cds and these tablets did the trick. While I'm pretty sensitive, I still found it truly remarkable that these little pills could work so well and so fast. In fact, when my boyfriend started smoking again recently, I started using them again to relieve stress. They look like aspirin but have a gentle sweet taste and dissolve in the mouth in about 30 seconds. I highly recommend this product.

If you're serious about quitting, these are a good natural option. Of course, it IS a mind over matter/willpower choice, so remember you HAVE to be SERIOUS to quit. If you are serious, these will help you out. If you're not serious yet, pass these by until you are ready to quit. I know this, because this is my 2nd round with these, and they didn't work well the first time. This time I am serious, I am ready, and they are helping! This is also not the first time I've quit!
They are rather chalky, but they are also slightly sweet, so the taste isn't too bad (I don't have texture issues, though, so keep that in mind).

Update- Now removed, so it might be better?
I went from Lights, to .1mg ULTRA ULTRA Carlton Lights, and quit.
These pills gave me a "BAD" withdrawal craving!!!
I feel that these were similar to the patch..., and are for someone trying to kick a full blown habit cold-turkey!
You might try starting out with 1/2 pill..., and taper down?
Washington Homeopathic's- "Stop Smoking" product made it EASY, and NO side effects/craving!
