My husband and I have been using Natrol Acidophilus for years. It is very convenient because it does not require refrigeration which makes it conducive for travel or to take with when you go out, yet it does contain the minimum quantity of 3 billion live cells to make it effective. Good for the digestion and the immune system, and especially to take when on antibiotics. I highly recommend this product.

Bought these while my wife was recovering from an appendectomy and on lots of heavy anti-biotics.
