How can you say no to beneficial flax seed oil for this price? It's easy to take, works well (regulated me in a few days). I also prefer flax seed oil over fish oil because sometimes while taking fish oil, my burps taste like salmon, YUCK! This does not have any taste or after tastes.

Its flax seed oil in pill form. Its as simple as that. To get 3 bottles of this stuff for the price that amazon is selling it for is a great deal! I'm taking this stuff everyday and I totally like the fact that I'm getting 100% Vegetable Omega 3 fats and not having to eat a bunch of hard boiled eggs to get it, so say goodbye to the cholesterol and hello to pure Omega 3!!!
