Do your research and this stuff can help you turn your frown upside down! I would keep your doses down to a couple pills a week unless you want to stress your kidneys and liver too much. I took about 4 of these in one day and ended up with super-dark urine that doesn't seem like a safe thing to maintain regularly. Nakamal@home sells a ground version and an instant powder that I'd say buy over this stuff, you have to make the drink, but you don't risk adverse health effects.

I find this product helpful by taking it at the onset of my PMS symptoms. It really takes the edge off of my moodiness. I find I only need to take one table in the morning for a couple of days and I feel much more relaxed. My husband and son are grateful for it!!

This was my first time trying Kava and was surprised by how well it worked. After a week the effects cant really be felt, so I would recommend using it for only a couple days on a row and then a wash out for another couple of days. Since this purchase I have ordered kava with 84% kavalactones from another site. So far Natrol's product with 30% kavalactones had a better effect. Maybe my tolerance had gone up significantly or it was just a poor product. Next time Ill order this brand.
