There are so many ridiculous items on the market charging $30-$40 a bottle and doesn't work half as good! This is your best value for effectiveness!
Except I wasn't experiencing hair thinning due to age; I was experiencing hair LOSS due to stress and anxiety. I am 35 years old & female, so it was devastating. If you have seen the 90's movie 'The Craft' where the mean girl in school starts losing her hair at a swim practice, where it's just falling out in handfuls and she cries "I don't understand why this is happening!" that was basically me in the shower. And then I'd get out of the shower and brush my hair and even more would fall out. My brush, after just one brushing, would look like I hadn't cleaned it in six months - that's how much hair I was losing. It was tangly and staticy and just LOOKED stressed and sort of kinked. I ultimately had lost about 60% of my hair. Thanks, PTSD! Even my healthy diet and stable exercise would not touch the levels of stress & anxiety I was dealing with for awhile. That's why I bought these two products.
I am VERY happy to say that the hair loss slowed down within DAYS of using these products. Within a week it had stopped. And now here we are, three months after daily use, and my hair is as thick as it used to be. I'm still experiencing some regrowth too! And as a 'side effect' my skin has cleared up and my nails are stronger.
If you are experiencing thinning or loss of hair, I strongly recommend these two products!
Biotin should not be confused for a Biochanin, but is also a good product to take if you’re losing hair. Biotin deficiency is one of the main reasons why so many people are actually bald in the first place! If you can replenish your body’s supply of biotin through a supplement, then it’s possible to slow the loss of hair naturally. There have been many studies on rats and humans that show those with alopecia (the condition that leads to hair-loss in many men) who took a biotin supplement actually slowed their hair loss. This is why I would recommend 100% to take biotin to slow your hair loss. However, it’s not going to regrow your hair. For that you need to that a Biochanin product like the one I mentioned, or even go as far as taking both a Biochanin product, and a product like Rogaine. I know that most of us would do anything to regrow our hair, and unfortunately there is no 100% full-proof method to do so. The best we can do is experiment and see which product or combination of products works the best for us.

I purchased 2 bottles of this biotin. Mainly for my hair, I've only been taking it for about 3 weeks and have noticed mainly a difference in my nails. They are much stronger. Read morePublished 17 hours ago by patti koether
