The Melatonin 5 mg time released product is wonderful! I take one about 20 minutes before turning off my lights and I can sleep for about 7 hours straight. I have used the 3 mg with no results so I am happy the 5 mg helps. I don't have any negative side effects. I suffer from much pain but don't want to take pain pills every night. Melatonin 5 mg has helped me achieve a good night's sleep. I wake up about 15 min before my alarm goes off and I don't feel groggy getting started in the mornings. It's great to have a natural product that works.

I am a terrible sleeper. Despite several prescription sleep aids, I did not sleep. My new doctor suggested going the natural route. I now take time released 5mg melatonin and 500mg L Tryptophan. I now average 4-5 hour per night of uninterrupted sleep! Before it only 2 hours or less and I was wide awake. Not expensive and it works.

I took about 4 years to go thur my first bottle of melatonin, I thought that was awsome but this time release version is better, I use to wake up about 3-4 hours after i took one but now My sleep lasts 7-8 hours of very sound sleep .. I recomend this to anyone, it is a natural way to get to sleep when its realy important to catch some sleep.
