When I first purchased this, I bought enough for 2 months (2 orders). I was nearing the end of three weeks of taking this product and had not noticed any real difference to be honest and then all the sudden, the hot flashes stopped completely. It dawned on me one day - wow, I have not had a hot flash in days - at night or in the daytime. But I'm NEW to this whole hot flash thing. So whether this product really is doing the job OR it's coincidental and I will go in and out of hot flashes I don't know. But I read somewhere else about this product that for some women the relief was immediate; for some it took about a month. I think I'm the latter - it took 3 weeks but when they stopped, they stopped. Just hoping they don't make a return down the road. Mine were never overly severe at this point, but not having them at all is definitely my preference. I'd say to others; give it a try BUT be willing to take it every day for at least a month before you pass judgment on it.

I was so happy to have found this product after trying so many over-the-counter menopause products. I no longer suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. This is the only one that worked for me, and I feel like I am living a normal life again. I have recommended it to friends, and they all thank me saying, "You saved my life!"

I bought this product out of desperation, with a great deal of doubt as to whether an OTC could actually help to eliminate the hot flashes that were making me miserable. What a wonderful surprise when it actually worked! The flashes diminished very rapidly, and my sleep became deeper and more refreshing. The only reservation I still have is the long term effects of soy estrogens... this will be an individual reaction for each woman. The hot flashes have been virtually eliminated, however, and that was the primary reason for trying the product. I can recommend Natrol Complete Balance for any woman who wants to be free of this irritating and distracting symptom of menopause.

Did not work for me, day and night Hot Flashes and sweating were as if I had not taken anything. Might work for others, but no tme.

This product is wonderful. I was getting hot flashes, night sweats you name it. In the middle to the winder I couldn't wear long sleeves. I've been taking Complete balance for about 2 weeks and all my symptoms are gone. I can wear sweaters again. I'll be ordering this again soon. I can't imagine living without it.

When I had my first hot flash two years ago, I went on-line and wrote down every vitamin, mineral, and herbal remedy that was listed. When I went to buy some of these items, I found Complete Balance. It has everything you need to combat the symptoms. I think you will find this a way to avoid hormone replacement, yet remain symptom-free through menopause.

I have taken Natrol Complete Balance for 6 mos. now. I am sleeping thru the night w/o waking up & w/o night sweats, the hot flashes are very few and far between, my mood swings are gone, and I just feel so much better. I recently stopped taking it because I had a sinus infection that wouldn't clear up. I thought maybe the first two antibiotics might not be working because of the Natrol I was taking. I started waking during the night and not being able to go back to sleep, hot flashes and night sweats started again. I just felt terrible, aside from the sinus infection. When I went back to the Dr., she told me that I could start taking it again and said that it wouldn't interfere with any antibiotic. It took about a week to get it back in my system, but all the signs were gone again! That was proof enough for me! Even my Dr. said that it had lots of vitamins and looked like a good one to take. So, after my older sister and all her friends uses it and swore by it, now all my friends and I swear by it too!! Try it, you won't be disappointed.

After I started taking these supplements my world was right again. The night sweats stopped and the mood swings became much more managable. My family is willing to be around me again!

I've used this product for a few years and for some reason retailers have removed it from their shelves. Amazon is the only place I can purchase it! A natural remedy that reduces my daytime hot flashes and night time wake ups from sweats. Thank goodness for Amazon!
