My wife and I are both doing the cleanse. As I write this review, we have been doing it for two months and intend to keep going to month three. They recommend that a person who first cleanses should do it 2-3 months. Within a week, both of us found some amazing and definite changes taking place! We both felt surges of energy. Before the cleanse I typically felt "bombed" after lunch. About two hours later, I would feel normal again. This disappeared after about a week into the cleanse. Both of us agree that our hunger is not as intense between meals. It is like you feel more leveled out in terms of craving food. To be honest, you don't feel great all the time. There are days when you feel a little "punky" but almost always what comes out in the toilet soon after that tells me that there is a toxic overload sometimes happening in the body as things are breaking loose. My wife and I are in our mid-thirties and truly do eat a healthy diet - lots of fruits and vegetables and 95% of the time whole grain. I wondered if I really needed to do this cleanse. If you go online to [...] you will find pictures of "things" that came out of people who were on this cleanse. I thought that couldn't be me! I'm healthy. I have a good diet. Those poor people have just abused their bodies for years. Not true. My wife and I have both had all of those "beasts" come out of us. I know that the stuff that was in us cannot be good. This cleanse can only be good for your health. Overall, the cleanse is easy to do. The fiber you mix into water/juice is actually very tolerable - the taste is pretty good actually. The tea will definitely give you stomach cramps if you do too much. We have always done the minimal (steeping 2 minutes) and have found it to be adequate. My wife in fact just cut down to 1/2 cup of tea and has been doing better. That tea will make you feel like you have to go to the bathroom all the time - not diarrhea - just the feeling (which is irritating). But with an adjustment in the amount of tea, it's been fine. I do wonder if some of the other cleansing products out there will do as good of a job but for less money. I don't know since I haven't tried the others. You do get a pretty substantial discount if you buy more than 1 month at a time from drnatura.com. One other thing, I definitely found that as soon as I started this program I was sleeping better. I can't explain it but I dream like I haven't done in years. Good cleansing!

I am still on the program, but wanted to write a review for anyone considering trying this. I am very pleased so far with this product and it has really lived up to its promise of being gentle. I did not have any 'explosive' moments. I could sense just like the norm, that I needed to go and always had enough time to find a restroom. It is important though to READ the instructions though before you do it, as you start off taking half of the supplements and fiber and then increase it after 5 days. This will help your body adjust to the cleanse. I personally would recommend increasing the fiber, etc., on a weekend or day off as the increase may send you running back and forth to the bathroom. If that is the case, the instructions simply recommend slightly cutting back on the fiber so your body can adjust to it.

My stomach is much flatter than when I started. I have not felt as bloated or nearly as gaseous than before I started. My skin looks much clearer and brighter. I do feel more energetic and think this is really worth trying, especially if you are an IBS sufferer and have tried other products with no real relief.

The customer service dept. is also very friendly, understanding, attentive and informative.

I love this product and recommend it to anyone seeking to cleanse their body and eliminate toxins from their colon. This is my second time using this product and I am excited about it. I heard about the benefits of cleansing, and I wanted to clear out my colon and do a general cleanse. This cleanse was amzing. It was a little rough the first 4-days, but once my body got on a schedule, everything went smooth. I noticed my stomach flattening, my breathing getting better, and that bloated feeling dissappear. It was great!!! After I finished my 30 days, I noticed my waist was smaller, my clothes fit better, my movements more free and overall I just felt great! I've tried other colon cleansers before, but they don't measure up.
