This tea is a natural herbal product. I use this tea after dinner with an additional bag of flavored green tea. This tea relaxes me and helps me sleep. This tea works gently overnight and enhances cleansing of the intestines and colon the next morning. I started using it because it was included in the Colonix system. I recently took the tea on vacation as I tend to become irregular when traveling. The tea worked much better than taking stool softeners and I did not experience any irregularity or bloating.

This product works as advertised, in combination with the Dr Natura Cleansing Kit or separately.
However, users should be aware the the main ingredient, senna, is mildly toxic and can cause liver damage with prolonged use. There is a warning on the product label, which says, in part: "Long term use is not recommended"; they're not kidding. People whose livers are already weakened or damaged (e.g., hepatitis), should be especially careful not to overuse this otherwise gentle and effective product. One of the signs of senna toxicity is urine discoloration (usually orange).
