This tea is a natural herbal product. I use this tea after dinner with an additional bag of flavored green tea. This tea relaxes me and helps me sleep. This tea works gently overnight and enhances cleansing of the intestines and colon the next morning. I started using it because it was included in the Colonix system. I recently took the tea on vacation as I tend to become irregular when traveling. The tea worked much better than taking stool softeners and I did not experience any irregularity or bloating.

This product works as advertised, in combination with the Dr Natura Cleansing Kit or separately.

However, users should be aware the the main ingredient, senna, is mildly toxic and can cause liver damage with prolonged use.

There is a warning on the product label, which says, in part: "Long term use is not recommended"; they're not kidding.

People whose livers are already weakened or damaged (e.g., hepatitis), should be especially careful not to overuse this otherwise gentle and effective product.

One of the signs of senna toxicity is urine discoloration (usually orange).

I have purchased this tea previously. It arrived in perfect condition and promptly. This is a healthy, evening cleansing drink.

I enjoyed this tea because it is a two-fer: it produces bowel movements and helps you sleep...

...but follow instructions carefully. If it steeps too long it will produce very uncomfortable cramps (got that tee shirt).
I drank it just before bedtime and had deep, restorative sleep; then a bowel movement first thing in the morning.

Note:
If you drink the tea before bedtime, give yourself time for a BM in the morning before you have to leave home. In my case, when the urge hit it was unstoppable, so being stuck in traffic is not where you want to be.

It does seem a bit pricey, so you'll need to experience it yourself to determine it's worth. As someone who's taken it I feel benefits outweighed cost.

I'll get right to the point - Kleritea is great for constipation. Follow the instructions exactly as they are on the packet and within 8 hours you won't be constipated anymore. I like to drink it just before bedtime because it's very relaxing. It's effective if you can't sleep either.

I AM A TOUGH CASE. THESE ARE QUALITY PRODUCTS. EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE OUT THERE BUT YOU CAN BE SURE THESE PRODUCTS PRODUCE RESULTS.
WHEN I CANT AFFORD TO DO THE WHOLE PROGRAM, I DO THE REGULARITY TEA AND IT HELPS ALOT. THE KLERITEA IS VERY GOOD!

I received the product in a very timely manner and got what I paid for. Kleritea
works excellent. Most likely will use again in about six months.

This product does just what it says. A bit pricey. Pleasant tasting. I add a little honey to mine and have a cup at bedtime. Will buy again. I would recommend to anyone who prefers a natural way to take care of regularity and detoxification.

I did not receive this brand name product. I received a substitute of a similair brand.
