For Cardiac patients, (like myself) who use to take Statins before reading this book, and for anyone not currently taking Statin drugs, but may be approaching the time when their medical practioners will prescribe Statins, I most heartily encourage obtaining and reading this book, along with Dr. Barbara H. Roberts, M.D. book, (The Truth about Statins) and following those readings, anyone still acceptive to being placed on Statins, all I can say is, "you are brave Souls, but for me, I couldn't get permanently off of Statins, "FAST ENOUGH !"

WHY NOT CONSIDER THESE ALTERNATIVES BEFORE RUSHING INTO STATINS??

it's good to hear the facts on statin alternatives--most doctors don't give anything else a chance--and the side effects of statins are unbelievable while some alternatives are natural with minimal or even no side effects--why not give alternatives a chance before rushing into statins that may cause other major problems??
