The Ultra Diet Pep is ultra cool in that it carries me through the day without the jittery, shaking feeling that other diet pills have given me. I take one around 10:00 am and another around 3:00. The pills curb my appetite and maintain my energy level so that I don't get the afternoon crash and head for the snack machine at work. I find that I am eating less at lunch and dinner and never do get that sudden drained feeling. I have no trouble falling asleep and getting a good nights sleep. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants a good appetite suppressant/energy booster.
