The Natural Beauty Book/Cruelty Free Cosmetics to Make at Home -anita guyton.
This book is very usable.It's mostly simple to use and great recipes for looks.Other natural skincare books that I bought are not as practical,because not many people have the ingredients needed!! I'm going to try a few today!It would take years to try every one. Also the camomile flowers needed are easily found in the mexican sections of sav-a-lot,walmarts,dollar stores and many grocery stores now,aka the growing population.(Anise for tea,pumpkin seeds(healthy),etc really cheap!.79-99 cents!And real camomile tea bags(quite expensive in organic section.) If you want to make all sorts of skin and hair care,I greatly recommend. |
