My son has suffered from depression and was on meds for anxiety and sleeplessness. I had ordered the Mg/Ca blend for myself and got 2 free packets of this product. Noted it said something about aiding in sleep, so gave them to my son. 3 days later he called me and wanted more since he hadn't slept so well since his depression started. He's now off his sleep meds!

I met a lady in a vitamin store doing free samples of CALM and she gave me a card listing effects of LOW magnesium can cause I have experienced 98% of the effects listed. I have been trying different suppliments aka: vitamins, natural remedies...etc... nothing works. BUT.....with just one packet of Natural Calm I slept the best I have slept in a long time. I feel better mentally and less feelings of anxiety. Hitting the point in life of menopause brings it's own anxiety's.... Thankfully I found something to help with negative effects of this stage of my life. I just hope it lasts! (smile)

I have tried other natural sleep products, but this is my new favorite. Relaxes without making me groggy. Perfect for ensuring a deep, restful sleep. Whether you are having periodic sleep disruptions or trying to compensate for travel/time change adjustments, I highly recommend this product.

this is great for travel, tastes great also. i've been using the product for a while now, love it, but needed something i could take on trips and this works perfect.

I love natural calm. The raspberry lemon isnt too strong or chemical tasting, which is important. Variety of ways you can prepare it depending on your mood--also a plus. Wanted to try it without buying a giant canister of powder, so I purchased the packets. Now I have the canister, but will continue to purchase these for the frequent travel I do. I'm a calm person who nonetheless suffers from frequent anxiety, and I find taking this regularly helps me stay more leveled out and sleep soundly. I take it about a half hour before bed most nights. I'm not a doctor, but for the price, I advise giving it a shot! The box opens in a nice fashion if you're patient (unlike me) and you can keep it in a cabinet or drawer with just the top portion taken off to dispense.

I was skeptical at first. I take quite a few meds for insomnia. . . have for years with little to know relief.I figured drinking this before bed wouldn't hurt and who knows, I may get a few minutes of shut-eye. I did. It helped, but not for hours of sleep. I might have gotten an hour or two of really peaceful sleep. I have night terrors, nightly. The hour or two of sleep I got was without any terrors. I think everyone should try it.

I have problems sleeping at night so I was recommended calm by a friend and it works wonders. I take it at night before I go to bed not only does it taste really good but it works great I really loved it. I will be purchasing more calm when I am done with this one.

If you are on pain medications for any reason that are constipating, this will GENTLY and EFFECTIVELY take care of the problem. I love the packets. You don't have to measure or worry about moisture getting into a bigger jar. This is a god send for anybody on any kind of codeine or anything like that. And it works FAST. We are talking minutes not hours. It will keep you out of the ER for blockages if you take it when you get constipated. And it does help with nerves at the same time. I have had two major abdominal surgeries this year where I couldn't bear down to push, my muscles had been cut and I was so weak and on constant pain killers. Fiber and regular laxatives did nothing. This will make you go and calm your nerves and tension at the same time. It's a godsend.

Glad to know there is finally a way to bring this important supplement with me when I travel. The size is a little small so I use 2 at a time.

I did some research on the 'net, and learned that the supplement magnesium has a calming effect on the body. I was having trouble sleeping, and wanted to take something natural, not a medicine prescribed with side effects that could be possibly addicting.

product is easy to use- just sprinkle the powder in a small glass of water and consume. Within 30-45 minutes you will start to feel calm, sleepy. So this product is ideal to take about 30 minutes before bed.

I would recommend this product for those who have trouble sleeping, or to take after a stressful day at work.
