This book, which I've used for years, contains menus, recipes, and very helpful information about vitamins and minerals (including in which foods we can find them). Under the "Vegetable" section, we are shown ways to prepare 97 different vegetables. I am ordering one as a gift.

This book, while overpriced for the condition and binding,was indeed very helpful in our quest for natural healthy food. A lot of good recipes as well as information on grains, fruits, vegetables and other ingredients.
