It makes my allergies basically non-noticeable. I heard about it from a lady at a natural / herbal medicine shop, and thought I would try it out, boy am I glad I did. it take about a week to "build up" in your system, but after that, as long as you maintain, it should be great for you too.

less potent than powder
less for your money
dont get as many servings

powder is more potent
powder more effective
powder is cheaper , and you get more of the product !!
