5.0 out of 5 stars So beautiful!
I bought a white duvet cover because I loved my white down comforter, but my dog was constantly getting it dirty, and after getting it cleaned for $80 each time, I decide it was time to invest in a duvet cover so I could just throw it in a washer. This is absolutely beautiful, in addition to being so, so soft.

3.0 out of 5 stars Soft sheets, not fancy though
I like this product because I didn't want to overpay for white bedding that could yellow over time. Afterall, it's just white fabric and shouldn't cost too much. This duvet cover is nice, especially for the price. It has ties on each corner which has made making the bed effortless (finally!).

The only slight thing that could be a problem is it is a tiny bit see-through. No problem to me, considering my original comforter was white, but just thought that might not be true for everyone.

This review is from: Natural Comfort Luxury Wrinkle Free 300TC White Sateen Stripe Egyptian Cotton Duvet Cover, Full, 82-Inch by 88-Inch (Kitchen)
I like this product because I didn't want to overpay for white bedding that could yellow over time. Afterall, it's just white fabric and shouldn't cost too much. This duvet cover is nice, especially for the price. It has ties on each corner which has made making the bed effortless (finally!).
The bottom opening is big enough to put any comforter in, and there are openings next to each corner to assist with tying it into place. It's a little odd that the bottom opening doesn't botton closed, though. It's only 2 or 2.5 feet wide, but I can see my off-white comforter peaking out from time to time. Also, while the cover is really soft, it doesn't live up to the product description. After about 4 washes it's very pilled and likes to attract lint.

1.0 out of 5 stars almost impossible to place comforter inside duvet, December 1, 2008

There is a very small slit in the middle of the duvet cover. There are no ties and no other openings. It is almost impossible to push quilt inside the duvet. It took two very tall, strong people a whole lot of time to do that and the quilt still isn't very well placed because of that tiny, tiny opening. I will use it since it is finally covering the down comforter. Then I will replace it with a normal duvet.
If you do need to use the duvet just keep folding the comforter over and over until it is small enough to go inside the duvet slit and then begin the shaking, pushing, etc.

1.0 out of 5 stars Warning - dont be mislead like I was, June 16, 2009
By
Brinee SoFla "T & B" (Fort Lauderdale FL USA) - See all my reviews
WARNING!!! This Item is NOT 100% cotton. This is a cotton (60%) and Polyester (40%) blend!!! The title was misleading. I did not catch it before buying. When the product arrived it stated it on the package. The product's title on the web says it is Egyptian Cotton but it fails to mention the 40% Chinese Synthetic threads in the title. In addition, it took about 5 days longer to arrive than promised. This was sooo cheap for a 100% cotton item I was suspect of it to begin with. I failed to discover the 40% poly because the Amazon page is so confusing to read. Oh well. It is for a guest bed in a vacation house so I am no THAT concerned with it, but if it was for my daily use I would have returned it. Buyer beware that it is not 100% cotton.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome buy, December 27, 2008

I have a white comforter that was getting just too grey looking. I came across this cover and for the price I thought it was definitely worth a shot!

It's awesome. Really perfectly what I was looking for, and I am quite picky. The fit of my king sized comforter is perfect without ANY shifting around, which is what I was really concerned about. It's very soft and nice looking too. The price is too good to be true, but it is.

Someone said the slit to get in the comforter is too small, I disagree. I had no problem getting mine (although mine is quite skinny, I can't imagine you'd have much more trouble with a bigger one).

Overall, such a great buy!

4.0 out of 5 stars luxury comforter, August 6, 2008
Well i never bought a duvet cover on line before. I thought I could return it if I didn,t like it . My husband and I are truly satisfied with it! It is so soft and beautiful and the pure white is pretty, it was a breeze to put in my King over -Sized duvet (Prizon heavy weight down alternative comforter ) in it as the corner ties keep it in place and keep it from shifting in side the duvet.. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was that I have not washed it yet ,to asset it after washing . I would buy this again !!

5.0 out of 5 stars Classy, soft and comfortable! Good value., July 5, 2008

The image shown does not do the product justice. The duvet cover is very clean white - like snow - and does not have that ivory/beige tint that I see in the image.

The cover is so soft and smooth, it makes my cheap quilt from Ikea feel luxurious. The lines are modern and classy, and go well with most rooms.

As the other reviewer mentioned, inserting the quilt was really easy. There is a slit at the bottom of the cover, and ties in the corners. The quilt does not flip about inside, and lays flat like it should.

Very happy with this purchase. Good value for luxury.

4.0 out of 5 stars Finally! Wrinkle free duvet cover at a great price., November 14, 2009

I am so glad this is a cotton/polyester blend duvet cover. I love it because it does not need to be pressed. I washed it and placed my king size comforter in it, and it looks great. I just ordered another one for my guest room. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the white has a slight greyish tinge to it. Regardless, I'm quite pleased with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars CRISP WHITE DUVET COVER, March 10, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This duvet cover is a good value and a good product. It's crisp and clean looking with its wide, satiny pinstripes, has a 300 thread count, and comes out of the dryer virtually wrinkle free. The only drawback is the small opening through which the comforter is supposed to fit. At fist it seems impossible, but if you use the slits on the corner, you can maneuver the puff into the cover fairly easily. That probably sounds more complicated than it is, but just a warning: don't be daunted by the tiny opening in the duvet cover. I don't know why they designed it that way instead of just putting buttons along one end. I still definitely recommend this cover. The price is right and the quality is there.

This duvet is so supple and soft; wish I had a dozen of them! It is made so that inserting the comforter is easy, too. I couldn't be more pleased.
