Directions

This is one of four or more varieties of Jason mouthwash. This mouthwash is supposed to make your gums healthy and combat bad breath. Even though the flavor is orange, cinnamon and mint, it is hard to distinguish other than a refreshing minty taste. What's nice about this product is that you are really getting 32 oz., since you are supposed to dilute the product with water. If you compare this with other mouthwashes, you should be mindful of this. Using this mouthwash is a great way to get rid of lots of food particles in your mouth and the surface of your teeth. You might just be able to go without brushing in a pinch. If by some chance you swallow some of this by swishing it around in your mouth, it won't burn your stomach like Listerine tends to do. A good product with a long list of natural ingredients.

I used this as soon as I thought I had gingivitis. Now I am no dentist, so I don't know if mouthwash does anything to help in gum disease. What this did do, however, was get rid of the terrible smell of bacterial infection in my mouth, and it left my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. After three days of using this, as well as rinsing my mouth with warm salt water, I went to the dentist and found that I did have gingivitis, but because of my receding gum line, bleeding and sensitive gums, I was afraid it may have advanced to the next stage. After regular teeth cleaning, my gums are back to normal and I still continue to use this product. It is certainly no miracle worker but with prolonged use, it'd definitely be beneficial for your gums. Not to mention it's a great breath freshener!
