moonlight slumber naturals line is great
I dealt with Moonlight Slumber's customer service for a custom mattress from their Naturals Line and I found them extremely accommodating. The product was exactly what we wanted. I don't know about the changing table pad from this line, but I would recommend visiting their website and dealing with their customer service.

Not what it is supposed to be
The product description claims that this is a changing table pad with a cover. What it actually is, is a crib mattress pad. When I tried to return the item, I was told that there is a 50% restocking fee on this item. When I said that I wouldn't pay that because the product isn't what is advertised, they did not apologize. They did pay for shipping and agreed to refund...

The product description claims that this is a changing table pad with a cover. What it actually is, is a crib mattress pad. When I tried to return the item, I was told that there is a 50% restocking fee on this item. When I said that I wouldn't pay that because the product isn't what is advertised, they did not apologize. They did pay for shipping and agreed to refund my money, but never even acknowledged that there was something wrong with the website.
