This review refers to Dr. Jones' book The All-Natural Cure For Your PMS but it is relevant to the above book, as well. Please continue reading the rest of this review and I hope you find the relief that we have. I don't care about the book's typos. I don't care that the book gives only a little more information than the website. I don't even care if the doctor is getting a "kickback" from the supplement companies he recommends. All I care about is if the doctor's recommendations work for my wife. AND THEY DO!! After years of suffering from PMS, in desperation, my wife searched the internet for something to relieve her symptoms and she came across Dr. Jones' website. She read it through and became excited at the reports of an 80% success rate on the program. She ordered the book and we quickly read through it over two nights. It's an easy read, much as the website is. Frankly, most of the book is there to convince you of the doc's credentials and give you faith in the supplementation program. There is a nice one-page summary (actually a quarter-page) of his recommendations that is worth the price of the book alone. We ordered the three supplements and began the program immediately, knowing it could take a couple months to take effect, according to Dr. Jones. In the meantime, we kept our fingers crossed and prayed that my wife would fall into the 80% range. Four weeks later, my wife was wondering why she was craving chocolate one day. Then she used the bathroom and surprisingly found that her period had begun. I say surprisingly because she usually had a one-week warning of the impending period with severe mood swings, depression, inability to concentrate, and a short temper. This time, she had been in a great mood the entire pre-menstrual period. That was only part of the success for us. The other, much more dramatic part came with the migraines. My wife is now 37 years old and she began having migraines at 34. It took us many months to figure out that her "triggers" were her "heavy" period day and, even worse, changing weather. Whenever the barometer was falling, a big temperature drop would happen from day to day, or a storm system came through the area, the migraines would hit and my wife would be incapacitated for up to three days. We tried multiple trips to the doctor, Imitrex, otc migraine medications, naproxen, ibuprofen, massage, chiropractic care, cold compresses, and relaxation techniques. Nothing worked with any lasting effect. For three years, we knew there would be two or three migraine episodes a month and little we could do about it. After starting the supplement program, I am extremely happy to report that my wife has been free of migraines for over two months in a row and, in fact, has not had any type of headache at all in that time. I can't speak for other people but, for us, the price of the book and the cost of the supplements is nothing compared to the pain-free, anxiety-free life that my wife now enjoys. Thank you so much, Dr. Jones! After reading some of the responses to the other reviewer, who apparently never added to her review, I hope some of you are still checking back on this book and read this review. I don't know if the supplement recommendations are different in this book than in the book that I'm reviewing (PMS book), but all I know is that Dr. Jones' was right on for us and for that I'm eternally grateful.

If you have read Dr. Jones's long introduction on his website, then this book offers hardly one additional page of information. Of course, it is the answer to the all important question - WHAT is this natural cure, and that is what you are paying the price of the book for.
Dr. Andrew Jones also states that it takes about two months to see the effects of the course, and so I will add another review in September and let you know how worth while the whole exercise was for me.
If the cure works, then all is forgiven, may he who found it and shared it with the world be blessed!
If the cure does not get rid of the headache, then all it does get rid of is your $200 - that you will spend on the 'natural' medicine for the two months...
It would be easy for the Doubt to step in, but for now I still have Faith.

I downloaded the e book from Dr. Jones' website. Basically the book (or e book) recommends natural Progesterone and some Magnesium to increase the absorption. The key is "natural" and not what your OB/GYN doc would prescribe. Unless you can find it locally, they recommend a website to order from. For me, it's about $1 a day cost. I can tell you it was worth every penny. I started getting migraines over a year ago, and they had progressed to occurring nearly every single day. My life was miserable. I have been taking the hormones for over 2 months now, and have had 2 small migraines. It has been truly a miracle for me. They contacted ME after 60 days (recommended trial period), and were very nice & personable. Usually, I am very skeptical about online merchandise, but this worked out for me. I felt compelled to leave a review so hopefully this will help other people suffering from this horrible disease.
